Attorney Daniel P. Gerash has served the local Colorado communities for 30 years. A seasoned and experienced litigator, Attorney Gerash has had the pleasure of representing clients at all levels of municipal, state, and even federal courts. Attorney Dan Gerash has been practicing in Colorado courts since 1988 and has served as lead and co-counsel in numerous serious civil and criminal trials ranging from First Degree Murder to catastrophic medical malpractice. In the criminal realm, he has also handled other felony offenses and violent crime charges, including domestic violence, assault, battery, sexual assault, and other misdemeanor and felony offenses.

In 2013, Mr. Gerash was elected by his colleagues to serve on the Board of Directors with both the Colorado Trial Lawyers Association (CTLA) and the Colorado Criminal Defense Bar (CCDB). Mr. Gerash continues to contribute to each of these prestigious organizations through his board membership.
